HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
We adopt a 10-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.
Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, Swimwear, Jewellery, Pool Floats, Swim Gear & Equipment are not eligible for return.
WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER?
You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for one year.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
It takes 5 quick steps to return a product:
Step 1: Request a return.
Step 2: We will verify your request.
Step 3: A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
Step 4: You will receive a credit voucher for the amount of the style/s returned.
Step 5: A size exchange equals a new order to be placed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
For domestic orders: 8 to 10 working days.
Currently we do not accept returns on international orders.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
It will take 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered. Please get in touch with the Customer Delight Team for expedited delivery.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?
For domestic: There is no shipping charge.
WHY ARE CERTAIN PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Swimwear, Jewellery, Swim Gear & Equipment are not valid for return as we maintain a strict hygiene protocol for the same.
No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges.
