The Beach Company wants you to be completely satisfied with your order.
REGULAR PRICE ITEMS
We adopt a 7-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. You can also choose to receive a refund back to your original payment method; however, bank charges may apply.
All sales are final after the 7-day period. A refund will not be processed for products received after 7 days from the delivery date.
FINAL SALE PRICED ITEMS
Final sale items can be exchanged.
How to exchange? - only for REGULAR PRICE ITEMS
We offer an exchange policy on all our Swimwear & Beachwear only if there's a fit issue (but NOT on FINAL SALE items). If we don't have the size available in the style you selected we can issue a credit note or can give another style.
What is NOT eligible for return:
Jewellery, Pool Floats, Swim Gear & Equipment are not eligible for return.
