We will gladly replace or exchange your online purchase, please read the terms below and and place the products in their individual bags.
We do not provide Reverse Pick-up, you are responsible for shipping your return to us and are responsible for tracking information of your return.
Returns must be received within 15 days from delivery date.
All returns must be in a perfect conditon with all original tags attached, the panty liner in place and must be free of any odor and/or stains.
It is upto The Beach Company discretion to decide if the returned item(s) are in a perfect condition or not. If not, then the items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We do not give refunds; you will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid forever.
If your item(s) are returned post the 15-day window, it is upto The Beach Company discretion to accept the return. If it is accepted, you will be issued Store Credit for the item(s).
To avail your voucher code, enter the code during checkout and the voucher amount will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount.
Particular Items that cannot be Exchanged/Returned:
Swim Equipment, Pool Inflatables and Electronics

If you need your exchange item in a short time frame, we recommend that you place a new order online, once you send back your original order; we will just process it as a return and refund your original form of payment.
Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com.
If an item has been damaged during the shipping process, please keep the damaged bag to be returned along with the damaged goods. Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item. Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of a product. As these are high-quality products, please be sure to care for your items as instructed on the tags. Hot tubs heavily chlorinated pools and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit. These are not considered defects. Once a swimsuit is worn, and the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned/exchanged for any reason.

Please note: If we don't hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled. We won't be dispatching the order unless it is confirmed nor will we block stock for it.
