The Beach Company wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our trained fit specialists can help you find the perfect fit. We will gladly replace or exchange your online purchase, other than items designated as "final sale," within 14 days of purchase as long as the items are in sale-able condition with all tags attached.
The only product we cannot replace is swimwear - this is so we can keep your personal hygiene protected.
Returning online purchases
To return items purchased online, send the items, your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for the reshipment of the item to you. If you exchange an item(s) for a different item(s), you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment based on the value of the new items. Credits will be issued in the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges.
We recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your courier provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
