Staying Hydrated By The Pool or At The Beach

In tropical countries like ours, staying hydrated in the outdoors is very important. Here area  few tips to keep you in good health.

Pack plenty of water to last you through your day on the beach or by the pool.

Sun protection is not just about your skin - you need to safeguard your entire body from the effects of the sun and heat. One important item that many people who visit the poolside or the beach forget to pack is drinking water. Mini-Bars and Beach Shacks are often well-stocked with soft drinks, beers and iced tea, but caffeine and alcohol only speed dehydration when you should be focusing on staying hydrated. Pack a bottle or two of water, and if you like it cold, just plan ahead: fill water bottles and keep them in the fridge. Stay hydrated, stay fit, have fun.
